HeadHunter Gaming Code of Ethics & Behavior
As members of the Headhunter community you represent the community, everywhere you go, by both your positive and negative actions. As such, should we receive complaints, either from other servers you are playing on while wearing the =H*H= tags, or from people playing in our own servers, you WILL be held responsible for your actions. Senior admins police not only the visitors in our servers, but the membership as well. The scrolling rules in the message section cover the general behavior, but the following will address the basics in more detail.
1) Disrespect, racism & language; Fooling around with someone is fine, but if that person is NOT enjoying the fun, then its being disrespectful. Use common sense. Also think how your comments may look to a person who DOES'NT know you 2 are friends. Typing STFU, BS, or WTF, (or any variations) although may technically not be a swear, everyone KNOWS what it means. Trash talking, ie; "pwned" may seem harmless, but can quickly escalate into name calling if one person does not like being taunted. That is NOT the way we want people to see us. Racism or sexism (this includes "HOMO" talk) is an area where there is absolutely zero tolerance.
2) t-king; If somebody is t-king you, the correct action is either kick him(after warning, and if you have admin tools) , or tell an admin with the power to deal with it. It is NOT appropriate to tk him back, or engage in "cussing" him out in the lobby. Engaging in a lobby fight demeans you personally, and us as whole.
3) Uncaps; You all know better than to enter the uncaps, and will receive NO warnings if caught in them. There is no excuse for not following the basic rules if you are an =H*H= member.
4) Team switchers; If you would like to switch teams to play with friends or other HH members, ask an admin with tools for permission. You will be accorded some slack in this regard, but remember to keep it fair. We don't want visitors thinking we're "stacking" teams.
5) No Locked Squads; This is a no-bend rule.
6) Commander 2 on 2 off. If you have commanded twice but no-body wants to command after 5 minutes of game-play you may command. Again, let common sense prevail.
7) Cheating, hacking, glitching. There is absolutely NO tolerance for any of these in our servers. If you are found to be doing it in another server, and screen shots are provided by their admins, you will be instantly banned from ALL our servers as well. We communicate with other admins on many servers, and share information.
A good rule of thumb is to just use common sense. The environment we are trying to promote is "fun competitive gaming". We only accept members that we see potential in to be a "good fit". If you have been accepted you are already on the "A" list. If we see behavior that is counter productive to our goals, you will be dealt with accordingly.
